By accessing or using our AI scheduling bot, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
You must add employees and pay a monthly fee to maintain service access. Certain features, such as adding events to a Google Calendar, require additional permissions.
All content generated or used within the Pepur A.I. service is owned by us. Unauthorized use of this content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Our SMS bot operates outside the hours of 9 PM and 7 AM. Maintenance is scheduled during the week, with automated texts sent on Sunday or Monday.
We offer different subscription tiers: Personal, Manager, and Enterprise, with prices varying based on usage and the number of people scheduled.
Service may be terminated for failure to pay, misuse of the product, receiving five or more complaints from users, scheduling acts of violence or political protests, or using the app to harm anyone in any way.
Some services may not function properly, and bugs in scheduling may occur. We are not liable for any such issues or their consequences.
Disputes will be handled by a third-party intermediary of Pepur's choosing.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes through their chosen communication channels and upon logging in.
