Our AI Scheduling Bot ("us", "we", or "our") operates the mobile application that provides the scheduling service via SMS messaging ("Service").

Information Collection And Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

• Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your phone number and email.
• Calendar Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to sync your calendar. This is to provide hands off scheduling service. We will not schedule anything in your calendar without first getting your consent.
• Usage Data: We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include details such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, our Service pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Data

Our AI Scheduling Bot uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
• To monitor the usage of our Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Data shared with 3rd party tools

We only necessary data with third party tools.

• Only a persons name is shared with A.I. tools. The user may share any more information during conversation, but is advised against doing so.
• A persons phone number may be shared with third party SMS messaging tools in order to facilitate conversations.
• Upon user concent, a users email may be used to create calendar invites or send notification emails
• Upon user concent, a user may grant pepur their calendar. This is only used for reference when finding available times for a user and is not stored or saved by pepur in any way.
• A person may share their availibility and desired job with A.I. model at their own discression. This will be used to find suitable times for a person.
• Any other data shared with A.I. tools are done so at user discression by sharing them directly with the A.I. tool. Pepur is not responsible any sensitive
• Pepur is not responsible for any sensitive data shared by users to the A.I. models. We highly reccomend a person keeps any sensitive information private.

Pepur's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
